Sometimes

Sometimes you get to the day and just aren’t sure you have it in you. Today might be one of those days. A dip today at 5:30pm sounded great over the weekend when it was sunny and you thought Spring was here. But today, as you sit in your office working, the chill of the outside air still sitting in your bones after a quick step outside to bring something to the trash can (it’s trash day, after all!) has you thinking maybe today is not the day.

Maybe today you don’t have it in you.

Maybe today is an inside day. A lay low, hunker down through the last push of winter, kind of day.

Not every day has to be an ocean dip day.

Write enough words and sometimes you can convince yourself of anything. :)
